Disclaimer
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This notice defines the limits of the information on JobsAbroad Pakistan. Read it before acting on any vacancy, guide, article or video.
1. Information only
Key point: everything here is general and not tailored to you.
Vacancies, visa guides, articles and videos are written for a broad audience considering work in Australia or New Zealand. Eligibility for a visa can turn on age, occupation, skills assessment, English results, health, character and family circumstances, none of which a general page can evaluate. Use the material to orient yourself, then confirm the position for your own case.
2. Not professional advice
Key point: personal immigration advice must come from a qualified, authorised person.
- Australia: only registered migration agents or Australian legal practitioners may provide immigration assistance for a fee.
- New Zealand: immigration advice generally has to come from a licensed immigration adviser, or from someone exempt from licensing, such as a lawyer.
JobsAbroad Pakistan provides neither migration nor legal advice. Consult an authorised professional where your circumstances are complicated or the stakes are high.
3. Emigration formalities in Pakistan
Key point: we are not an emigration service; check Pakistani requirements officially.
JobsAbroad Pakistan is not an Overseas Employment Promoter and does not process any of Pakistan's emigration procedures. Pakistani nationals leaving for work abroad may have to complete formalities at home, for example registration with a Protector of Emigrants office. Confirm what applies to you with the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, using its official channels only.
4. Changing visa rules
Key point: official websites are the final authority.
Each visa guide summarises official sources and carries an "as of" date. Fees, salary thresholds, occupation lists and criteria change, sometimes abruptly, so a guide can become outdated. Before lodging anything or paying any fee, verify with:
- Australia: Department of Home Affairs
- New Zealand: Immigration New Zealand
5. Outcomes not guaranteed
Key point: employers decide hiring; governments decide visas.
- An application sent via JobsAbroad Pakistan does not secure an interview, an offer or sponsorship.
- Visa grants and processing times rest entirely with the relevant government.
- Results achieved by other candidates say nothing certain about yours.
6. Employer-supplied details
Key point: salaries and conditions are quoted as employers provide them.
Titles, duties, requirements, pay and benefits come from the employer and may change before the closing date or after it. Pay may be stated hourly, weekly or annually, and before tax. Rely only on the figures in a written offer, and weigh them against local living costs, which differ widely between cities.
7. Verification checklist
Key point: four checks before any major decision.
- Compare the "as of" date on our guide with the current official page.
- Get vacancy terms, including pay and hours, confirmed in writing by the employer.
- Keep copies of every document you submit and every reply you receive.
- Treat with caution anyone who promises a guaranteed job or visa.
8. Material on other websites
Key point: linked content is the responsibility of its publisher.
Government portals, YouTube videos, WhatsApp and social networks are outside our control. The other websites we link to, Build AI CV (buildaicv.com), Talent Tabloid (talenttabloid.com) and Skills Assessment Australia (rpldirect.com.au), have their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not mean we endorse their content.
