This is a mobile Auto Glazier position based out of Kalgoorlie, covering mining and industrial clients across Western Australia. Experienced tradespeople can choose a residential arrangement or FIFO.
In short, the job means:
- driving to customer locations to replace windscreens and automotive glass
- working independently, with a company vehicle, phone and tools supplied
- earning well in a technical role with plenty of autonomy

Key Responsibilities
- Cut and prepare glass ahead of each installation
- Check what each glazing job needs before starting, then take out damaged windscreens safely and efficiently
- Fit replacement windscreens and automotive glass on light vehicles, commercial trucks, heavy machinery and mining equipment
- Travel to client sites and deliver glazing services on a mobile basis
- Produce high-quality results on every job
- Plan your own day with little supervision, ranking jobs by customer and operational needs
- Keep customers and colleagues informed through clear communication
- Look after your tools, equipment and the company vehicle, and comply with every relevant safety and site procedure
Requirements & Eligibility
- Certificate III in Automotive Glazing Technology
- Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant automotive glazing work
- Hands-on experience working on light vehicles, trucks and heavy equipment
- Competence in cutting automotive glass
- Close attention to detail and strong time management
- Able to work autonomously as well as effectively within a team
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a reliable, trustworthy approach
- Able to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical
- Willing to take part in ongoing drug and alcohol screening
- Experience with ADAS calibration is advantageous
- Holding Working at Heights, EWP and Forklift tickets is advantageous
