A growing vehicle repair business in Albury, NSW, Australia is hiring additional panel beaters and assemblers on a full-time, long-term basis.
Work takes place in a modern, clean and spacious workshop with chassis benches, a spot welder, a glue pulling system, dustless extraction workstations and mini scissor lifts. The working day follows normal business hours, 8am to 4:30pm, and visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate (subclass 482).

Key Responsibilities
- Panel beating: return damaged panels to pre-accident condition accurately.
- Assembly: reinstall all components after repair and confirm they function.
- Teamwork: coordinate with co-workers to meet repair timelines and customer expectations.
- Compliance and equipment: follow regulations, safety protocols and quality standards; keep tools serviced and working.
- Communication: report challenges to supervisors and teammates and work towards excellent results.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven experience in the relevant trade in the automotive repair industry.
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications: must have.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools, equipment and techniques; strong work ethic; team orientation.
