A Melbourne bakery is hiring an experienced Baker to manage its overnight production independently. The main points are set out below in order.
First, the schedule. Work runs from approximately 10 pm to 5 am, six days a week, and Wednesday is the rest day. Exact hours will be finalised with the selected person, so some flexibility is required.
Second, the work itself. The Baker produces bread, pastries and donuts without a team, handles every stage of the process and ensures the full bake is on display each morning.
Third, the terms. The role is full-time with an immediate start and 4 weeks of annual leave, and the employer will consider visa sponsorship for the right candidate, if applicable.
