Key Responsibilities
- Run the bar day to day and keep drink quality, presentation and service consistent
- Design a creative line-up of non-alcoholic drinks and pairing experiences
- Build seasonal drink ideas from fresh fruit, herbs and botanicals, testing ingredients, flavours and presentation to create something distinctive
- Give guests a consistently high level of service
- Learn about fresh produce, seasonal ingredients and where they are grown, and use that knowledge to make the guest experience more engaging
- Bring new ideas to the continuing development of the beverage program
- Keep the bar and service areas clean, tidy and well kept
- Collaborate with the wider hospitality team
- Uphold hygiene, safety and operational standards in the workplace
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 1 year in bar management or a comparable hospitality position
- A verifiable, genuine record of relevant employment
- Demonstrated skill in creating cocktails, mocktails or new beverage offerings, with a creative approach to drinks development
- Strong communication and customer service
- A positive attitude and professional presentation
- Evidence of your employment history, skills and qualifications when required
- Willingness to go through identity and employment verification
- An interest in seasonal, fresh, produce-led hospitality
- Able to work in New South Wales
