Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality haircuts, fades, shaves, styling and beard grooming
- Assess what each client wants and recommend the right grooming and styling
- Keep workmanship consistent across every service
- Give clients a professional, welcoming visit and build strong relationships with both new and regular customers
- Keep your station clean, hygienic and well organised
- Handle barbering tools and equipment safely and correctly, following workplace health, safety and hygiene requirements
- Present yourself professionally in appearance and attitude
- Work as part of the wider barbering team and help keep the workplace positive and customer-focused
Requirements & Eligibility
- A valid passport and a current, detailed resume/CV
- Relevant certificate of barbering qualification
- At least 2 years of professional barbering experience that is relevant
- Verifiable proof of employment history, for example payslips, contracts or employment letters
- English language ability, with a minimum score of 5
- Practical barbering capability you can demonstrate
- Genuine identity and employment documents that can be verified
- Able to meet the requirements of full-time employment in Western Australia
