Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and deliver professional front-of-house service, staying attentive from arrival to departure
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and answer customer questions about the menu and service
- Make and serve drinks following venue procedures
- Move between bar, dining and function areas as required, helping service run efficiently through busy periods
- Keep the service area clean, organised and presentable
- Cooperate with the kitchen, bar and front-of-house teams
- Follow RSA, responsible service and workplace safety procedures
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current RSA certificate
- Demonstrated front-of-house or hospitality experience preferred
- Proven skills in communication and customer service, with a confident, professional manner towards guests
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Able to work efficiently at a fast pace, with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team
- Available for evenings, weekends and peak trading periods
- Can demonstrate genuine hospitality skills and relevant experience
- Eligible candidates may be considered for sponsorship
