Vacancy: Qualified Cabinet Maker, Brisbane, Queensland. Permanent, full-time, joining the production team of a well-established manufacturing business.
The work covers custom cabinetry and joinery for residential and commercial clients, turning detailed designs into accurately made finished products.
You are a good fit if you:

Your qualifications and practical ability will be genuinely valued here. Tradespeople from Pakistan and other countries should prepare an English CV and copies of their trade papers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build custom cabinetry and joinery to project specifications, including kitchens, laundries, wardrobes and bespoke pieces
- Work from technical drawings, plans and production paperwork
- Measure and prepare materials accurately before production
- Run CNC routers and other automated woodworking machines
- Use panel saws, beam saws and edge banding machines
- Assemble cabinetry and joinery parts precisely
- Check quality throughout production so finished items meet presentation and quality standards, adjusting when manufacturing problems arise
- Help with installation on site when required
- Keep tools, equipment and work areas in good order
- Comply with workplace health and safety requirements
- Cooperate with the production and installation teams
- Get assigned work done efficiently without dropping quality
Requirements & Eligibility
- Relevant Cabinet Making trade qualification or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on cabinet making experience
- Demonstrated experience making custom cabinetry
- A background in commercial and/or residential joinery manufacturing
- Practical experience running CNC machinery
- Able to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of cabinet construction and manufacturing processes
- High accuracy and close attention to detail
- Able to produce quality workmanship consistently
- A responsible, reliable and professional approach, and the ability to work well in a team
- Experience with premium residential or commercial joinery is advantageous
- Overseas applicants must meet the applicable Australian migration requirements and must be eligible for employer sponsorship where applicable
