Campervan Builder
Visa sponsorship
Trade · Auckland, New Zealand · Contract · $25 - $32/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
A campervan conversion company in Auckland, New Zealand, is filling a Campervan Builder position on a 9-week full-time contract. Entry-level and mid-level applicants are considered. The start is immediate, the working week is Tuesday to Saturday, and the contract ends before the workshop's Christmas close-down on 23 December.
The work falls into three areas. First, interior construction: cabinetry, furniture, wall linings, flooring and finishes. Second, fittings: windows, roof vents and accessories. Third, support on 12V electrical and plumbing installations. All of it is done to drawings, templates and build specifications.
Backpackers, temporary workers and working holiday visa holders may apply. Visa sponsorship is not part of the contract; it becomes possible, for the right person, only if the contract turns into an ongoing full-time role.
Before applying, prepare an English CV. List each carpentry, joinery or furniture job with its main duties, then add any 12V or vehicle work. Set up your joinery CV through Build AI CV so it is ready.
