Here is the role in brief. A hotel venue in Brisbane is recruiting chefs at all levels for full-time, part-time and casual work.
First, the kitchen. It serves pub classics, seafood, share plates, fresh pasta, grill dishes and wood-fired pizzas, so you will gain broad experience at speed. Next, the expectations. The senior head chefs give direction, and you must be organised, punctual, reliable and able to work independently. Sponsorship is available for approved applicants.
