The opportunity: experienced Cooks / Chefs are being matched with a hospitality employer in Fremantle, Perth WA, where proven ability, dependability and on-the-job performance count.

Key Responsibilities
- Get ingredients ready and complete the day's kitchen prep
- Cook menu dishes to the established recipes and standards, keeping quality and presentation steady through service
- Handle several cooking tasks at once at peak times, working efficiently in a high-volume kitchen
- Store food correctly and rotate stock
- Keep track of ingredient use and cut avoidable waste
- Keep the kitchen clean throughout operations and observe food safety and hygiene procedures
- Communicate well with service staff and fellow kitchen team members
- Help run an organised, productive kitchen
- Adapt professionally as service requirements change
Requirements & Eligibility
- Relevant experience as a Cook or Chef, backed by demonstrated commercial kitchen experience
- High-volume kitchen experience is strongly preferred
- Able to work efficiently through busy services
- Strong consistency and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a dependable work ethic, with good teamwork and communication skills
- A professional approach to customer service and food preparation
- Able to meet food safety and workplace requirements
- Current residence in Perth, Western Australia is essential; visa holders already residing in Perth are welcome to apply
- Able to demonstrate verifiable, authentic work experience
- Commitment to completing the required qualifying period
