Chef
Hospitality · Millicent, Mt Gambier & Limestone Coast SA, Australia · Full-Time · $80,000/yr
A busy hospitality kitchen in South Australia needs an accomplished Head Chef who has already proven they can lead. You will be accountable for how the kitchen performs and how it develops.
Cooking well is expected, but it is only part of the brief. The employer wants practical leadership, solid operational knowledge and the experience to take charge with confidence. Your main areas will be food standards, building the team, cost control and strengthening the wider food operation.
