The job: Chef working across multiple sections, cooking a menu that pairs established favourites with fresh, seasonal dishes and keeping food quality consistent when service is under pressure.

Chefs in Pakistan should have an English CV ready, and a police character certificate if one is requested.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up stations, ingredients and equipment ahead of each service
- Run the grill, pans, fryers and larder sections as needed
- Cook classic dishes and seasonal specials to kitchen standards, with consistent quality, portions and presentation
- Adapt meals for customers' dietary needs where appropriate
- Check the quality, freshness and storage of ingredients
- Keep an eye on stock, help order supplies, rotate stock and cut waste
- Keep the kitchen spotless and well organised, following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
- Stay efficient through high-volume, time-critical services
- Talk clearly with fellow chefs and the wider kitchen crew, and suggest practical ideas for new dishes and menu changes
- Help the kitchen run smoothly in a seven-day trading operation
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional background as a Chef, backed by genuine, verifiable culinary work experience
- Hands-on experience on grill, pans, fryers and larder
- Strong practical grasp of how professional kitchens operate
- Keeps quality and consistency up during busy services, with a strong eye for food quality and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
- Understands stock management and waste minimisation
- Works on their own and contributes effectively to a team
- Positive, reliable attitude to workplace responsibilities
- Willing to work day, evening and weekend shifts
- Holds a current Food Safety Certificate
- Committed to full-time employment for the required period
- Sponsorship consideration available for exceptional candidates after six months of full-time employment
