Client Manager

Trade · Southern Suburbs & Sutherland Shire, Sydney NSW, Australia · Full-Time · $80,000/yr

Firm: a well-regarded public practice in NSW, Australia, with clients in Sydney's Southern Suburbs and Sutherland Shire.

Role: Client Manager. This suits an accountant who has already earned clients' trust as an adviser and now wants fuller ownership of those relationships and of business outcomes. Your work background, credentials and experience must line up with what the position needs.

A different model: the practice does not use traditional timesheets. It charges clients a monthly subscription, which frees you to focus on real engagement rather than chasing billable hours.

Typical week: managing an existing client portfolio, partnering with business owners and advising them on financial results, planning, cash flow, forecasts and tax matters.

Applicants from Pakistan should keep an English CV ready that sets out their practice experience step by step.

  • Work as part of the team so client outcomes are accurate and of a high standard

  • Minimum 3–5 years working in public practice accounting
  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Demonstrated track record of managing and advising clients who run businesses

  • Qualifications and professional history the employer can verify; Australian work experience will be highly regarded
