The position comes first. An Enrolled Nurse is required in Perth on a permanent, full-time basis by a healthcare company under Western Australian ownership.
The work itself is direct patient care. You assist patients with hygiene, give medications, record what you do and support clinical procedures, and all of it is done under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Your reporting line is to the Clinical Care Manager.
Places of work change. The company provides in-home care, community nursing and DVA services and also supplies nurses to hospitals and residential aged care facilities, so postings move between the CBD and districts to the north and south of the river.

Key Responsibilities
- Under RN supervision: assess, plan and implement nursing care
- Administer medications
- Monitor treatment responses
- Assist in coordinating patient care and in evaluating it
- Take part in health education activities and health promotion activities
- Provide direct patient care, with personal hygiene assistance
- Support RNs in clinical procedures and in patient assessments
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Comply with Work Health and Safety legislation
- Maintain infection control standards and report incidents and hazards promptly
Requirements & Eligibility
- Registration: current AHPRA registration
- Qualification: relevant nursing qualification for an Enrolled Nurse
- Experience in community nursing
- Experience in home care
- Minimum one year's full-time relevant experience
- National Criminal History Check that is current
- Working with Children Check that is current
- Manual Handling Certificate that is current
- Driver's licence that is valid
- Vaccinations that are current: COVID-19 and influenza
- Certificate in Infection Control (Infection Control certificate)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
