Key Responsibilities
- Construct and fix formwork for concrete structures, assembling, positioning and securing each section
- Work from plans, drawings and project specs
- Measure, mark and set out formwork with accuracy
- Handle different formwork systems and building methods
- Check finished formwork for alignment, levels, accuracy and stability
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Liaise with supervisors and other trades on live sites, helping the wider team keep the project on schedule
- Finish allocated tasks efficiently and to the required quality standard
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times and keep your work area organised and safe
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in formwork carpentry
- Demonstrated hands-on work with formwork systems
- Strong grasp of formwork construction techniques
- Can read and follow construction drawings and specifications
- Valid White Card
- Proven productivity as part of established site crews
- Professional, reliable approach with strong teamwork and communication skills
- Can handle a physically demanding construction environment
- Sponsorship may be considered for eligible, high-performing onshore candidates
