Key Responsibilities
- Talk through each client's needs, then suggest suitable styles and treatments
- Deliver tailored, professional hairdressing and styling for every client
- Produce reliable results in cutting, colouring, styling and related services, using solid technical skill to get a quality finish
- Keep every appointment professional from start to finish
- Earn repeat clients with dependable, personal service and grow your own following
- Meet salon targets without letting service quality slip
- Stay current on trends, products and techniques, and recommend suitable professional haircare products
- Keep the salon space tidy, organised and welcoming
- Work on your own while still pulling your weight in the team
- Join training and continue your professional development
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional background as a Hairdresser or Stylist
- Strong hands-on command of modern hairdressing techniques
- Can demonstrate genuine, verifiable industry experience and provide evidence supporting it
- Confident when consulting with clients and styling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated dedication to quality and to client satisfaction
- Works well independently and in a team
- Dependable, well organised and professionally presented
- A positive outlook and strong work ethic, with willingness to learn and adapt as industry trends evolve
- A relevant hairdressing qualification and/or substantial professional experience
- Employer sponsorship may be considered for eligible candidates
