Key Responsibilities
- Consult clients individually and pin down what each person needs from their hair
- Cut, style and colour to a professional standard, producing personalised results
- Deliver balayage and creative colour work
- Handle colour correction and corrective colour treatments
- Keep quality and technical standards consistent, with attentive, professional service for every client
- Collaborate with the rest of the salon team and take part in creative projects, events and salon activities
- Join ongoing technical training and education
- Stay on top of new hair trends and industry techniques
- Keep your workspace clean, organised and professional
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of professional hairdressing experience
- Background in a premium or high-end salon
- Demonstrated technical skill in balayage and creative colour, plus experience with colour correction work
- Strong skills in cutting and styling
- Confident in client consultations, with a professional approach to client service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail
- Works effectively within a professional team
- Keen to keep building technical expertise
- Can provide evidence of your professional experience and skills
