A well-established salon group in Western Australia is growing its professional team and has openings for qualified Hairdressers, Stylists and Colourists who are proud of their craft and want to keep developing in a modern salon.

Key Responsibilities
- Discuss each client's preferred look and hair needs, assess what they require and give sound professional advice
- Provide professional cuts, styling and hairdressing services
- Carry out colour work and other suitable salon treatments
- Keep technical work at a high standard and follow the salon's professional procedures and service standards
- Give every client consistent, personalised service
- Stay current with new techniques, products and trends by joining training and education sessions
- Support creative projects, photoshoots and fashion-related work, cooperating closely with the wider salon team
- Present yourself professionally and help keep the salon at its expected standard
Requirements & Eligibility
- Certificate III in Hairdressing, or an equivalent qualification that is recognised
- Proven professional hairdressing experience, including hands-on work as a Hairdresser, Stylist and/or Colourist
- Able to show real, practical technical skill
- Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary hairdressing and colouring methods
- Strong consultation and communication skills with clients, and a professional, customer-focused manner
- Able to work efficiently when the salon is busy
- A positive outlook and a willingness to keep learning
- Able to provide evidence of your qualifications and employment history
- Relevant experience must be verifiable through suitable employment documents
- Anyone who needs sponsorship must meet the relevant sponsorship and visa eligibility requirements
