The role suits a stylist who can produce quality results without supervision while continuing to grow within a recognised salon network. Hours are flexible at the start, with the potential to move into full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities
- Keep up with the latest hair trends, techniques and industry practice, and take part in salon training and ongoing skills development
- Deliver professional cuts, styling and colour work, applying modern colouring techniques with care
- Talk through the style, colour and overall result each client wants, then assess their hair condition and suggest suitable styling and colour
- Produce reliable, high-quality results across the full range of hair services
- Develop professional client relationships and keep clients satisfied
- Present yourself to a high standard and uphold salon professionalism
- Collaborate with other experienced salon professionals
- Keep the salon organised, clean and welcoming
Requirements & Eligibility
- A qualified hairdresser with a minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Proven hands-on salon experience, backed by appropriate employment evidence, and a consistent professional work history you are able to demonstrate
- Strong practical skills in cutting, styling and modern colour work
- Comfortable leading professional consultations with clients
- A relevant hairdressing qualification or recognised industry training
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, approachable and committed to quality work
- Open to ongoing training and professional development
- Able to commit to at least 5 months or longer
- Flexible availability, with potential to move from part-time to full-time
- Eligible candidates may be considered for employer sponsorship
