HVAC / Air Conditioning Service Technician

Key Responsibilities
- Find the cause of technical faults on commercial and light commercial air conditioning systems and use industry know-how to fix them while keeping downtime low
- Handle HVAC installation and commissioning as well as servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance, all to a high standard
- Inspect systems to confirm HVAC equipment is running efficiently
- Keep service paperwork, reports and maintenance records accurate
- Give customers clear, professional technical advice
- Look after tools, equipment and the work vehicle to company expectations
- Work safely and in line with industry standards, partnering with technical teams for quality, on-time service
- Show reliability, attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
Requirements & Eligibility
- Experienced HVAC / Air Conditioning Technician from a strong service background
- Recognised qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning
- Minimum 5 years of practical field experience in HVAC servicing and maintenance
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems, with a strong understanding of refrigeration systems and technical procedures
- Relevant electrical knowledge or licensing: highly regarded
- Experience with commercial-scale HVAC equipment is advantageous
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
- Works independently and contributes effectively within a team
- Valid driver's licence
- Verified trade experience and qualifications suitable for international employment; eligible candidates will be considered for sponsorship support and the relocation pathway
