Landscaper/ Landscape Construction worker

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret site plans and project drawings before work begins
- Set up irrigation and reticulation systems
- Install turf, both synthetic and natural
- Construct retaining walls and other landscape structures, and complete paving and hardscape work
- Create garden beds, edging and soft landscape features, along with general landscape construction tasks
- Use power tools and landscaping equipment safely
- Keep workmanship and site safety to a high standard
- Work on your own initiative while helping the team reach its goals, communicating clearly with supervisors, colleagues and clients
- Travel to project sites throughout Western Australia as required
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated experience working in landscaping, civil or construction environments
- Hands-on experience with irrigation, turf, paving, retaining walls or comparable landscape work
- A landscaping qualification is desirable but not mandatory
- Able to read construction plans and work to specifications
- Strong eye for detail and committed to quality workmanship
- Self-motivated and able to work alone, yet a reliable team player who communicates well
- Current driver's licence preferred
- Physically fit for construction work outdoors
- Eligible to work in Australia, or able to qualify for employer-sponsored visa pathways
- Looking for a long-term career with a verified Australian employer
