Job: Piling labourer, Randwick, Sydney, New South Wales. Full-time.
Experience: no previous piling experience is required. Training is hands-on and on the job, covering piling, concreting, steel fixing and construction machinery.

Progression: your daily performance, reliability, attitude and growing skills can lead further. As you show capability, you can take on more responsibility, move into senior crew positions and work towards leading teams and projects. Applicants from Pakistan and other countries should prepare an English CV and any proof of past work.
Key Responsibilities
- Help with piling and foundation work on construction sites, and support concreting and steel fixing
- Learn construction methods through practical training under supervision
- Help operate construction machinery safely
- Work alongside supervisors and experienced crew
- Follow site instructions, quality requirements and safety procedures
- Get tools and equipment ready each day and keep them in good condition
- Keep the work area safe, clean and tidy
- Turn up reliably and perform consistently
- Build practical construction skills through ongoing time on site, taking on extra duties as your capability grows
- Work towards senior crew and team leader responsibilities
Requirements & Eligibility
- Physically able to do manual construction work
- Reliable, with a commitment to regular attendance
- Willing to learn new construction skills from experienced workers and to take part in workplace training
- Able to understand and follow instructions at work
- Able to work well in a construction team
- Previous labouring or construction experience is beneficial but not essential
- Experience with piling, concreting, steel fixing or machinery is advantageous
- Able to give genuine evidence of previous employment or relevant experience where applicable
- Shows a positive attitude and a strong work ethic; suitable candidates may be considered for sponsorship
