Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Pizza Chef role
- Strong Italian-style pizza experience
- Confidence in stretching dough by hand
- Prior experience with a wood-fired oven
- Good understanding of preparing dough and fermentation
- Ability to manage the pizza section confidently in busy service and keep quality, cooking and presentation consistent
- A reliable, organised worker who is passionate about Italian food and copes well in a busy restaurant environment
