Step one is understanding the role. You deliver clinical and personal care in clients' homes, record it digitally, maintain care plans and communicate with families and healthcare teams. The service runs around the clock across Australia, and shifts are flexible.

Step three is matching the requirements: AHPRA registration for nurses, current first aid and CPR, a driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
