Opening: Roof Plumber, Perth, Western Australia. Full-time and long-term.
You will work as part of a skilled commercial roofing crew that has a steady pipeline of projects and a supportive environment on site. The main focus is metal roofing, gutters, flashings and wall cladding on commercial jobs.
Before applying, check the requirements list carefully, especially the site certifications and tools. Roof plumbers from Pakistan and elsewhere should have an English CV and copies of their trade documents ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Install metal roofing systems on commercial projects, plus metal wall cladding
- Fit downpipes, flashings and box gutters
- Take measurements, prepare materials, and cut and fit roofing parts precisely
- Work from plans and project specifications
- Check that finished work meets quality standards
- Follow safe work practices on site at all times
- Cooperate with supervisors and the rest of the crew
Requirements & Eligibility
- 5 or more years of relevant Roof Plumbing experience, including proven commercial metal roofing work
- White Card
- Working at Heights certification
- EWP certification, or willingness to obtain the required training
- Your own basic battery and hand tool kit
- Reliable transport
- Excellent attention to detail
- Commitment to working safely and professionally
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well with a team
- Sponsorship available to eligible candidates
