Underground Heavy Diesel Fitter

Trade · Sydney NSW, Australia · Full-Time · $59/hr

Opportunity: qualified fitters and mechanics are being recruited for underground mining in NSW. Practical, provable time on heavy equipment is the key condition.

Relevant backgrounds: heavy vehicles, quarrying, mining, earthmoving, agricultural machinery or civil construction.

Assessment: the focus is on evidence of the work itself, from fault diagnosis and repairs to safe, efficient upkeep of complex mechanical systems, rather than only on where you were employed.

Lifestyle: these are residential positions in regional NSW, not FIFO, so home is the community you work in. Each site runs its own roster, with options built to give regular breaks at home.

From Pakistan? Prepare an English CV, and a police character certificate if a police certificate is requested.
