This is a 6-month fixed-term contract for a Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator based in Perth, Western Australia.
The employer is an established Australian business in food and agribusiness. It has operated for more than 100 years and is active in Western Australia, Victoria and Tasmania. The coordinator answers to the Human Resources Group Manager.
Step by step, the work runs from advertising a vacancy, to screening and interviews, to the offer, and then on to mobilisation and onboarding for new staff hired in Australia or overseas. Throughout, you are the main contact for hiring managers, applicants and teams inside the company. Sponsorship is available for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Run each hiring step in order: advertise, screen, interview and make offers
- Organise mobilisation for new staff: coordinate visas, prepare documentation and complete onboarding
- Book travel, plan moves and keep in contact with migration providers on visa procedures
- Record recruitment data correctly in the company's systems for compliance and reports
- Meet hiring managers to identify the staff they need
- Serve applicants, employees and internal teams to a high standard, following policy, legislation and best practice
Requirements & Eligibility
- Work history in HR administration, recruitment coordination, mobilisation or a similar role
- Close attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, communicate strongly and manage stakeholders well
- Customer-focused when handling the candidate experience
- Knows recruitment processes, compliance requirements and HR systems
