Wetherill Park, Sydney: a long-established engineering and manufacturing company in New South Wales is hiring experienced First-Class Welders/Fabricators.
The package: a full-time role with an immediate start, guaranteed overtime and competitive pay, on varied heavy engineering and fabrication projects in a modern workshop. You will be expected to produce high-quality fabrication and welding, both on your own and within a professional team.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and technical specs, then weld and fabricate to those engineering specifications
- Use MIG, TIG and Stick processes across a variety of fabrication jobs
- Build, assemble and repair steel components to the quality standard required
- Run fabrication gear and workshop machines safely and efficiently
- Check finished work for accuracy and compliance with the specs
- Keep your area clean, tidy and safe, and follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Work on your own to hit production deadlines, and cooperate with supervisors and teammates to reach project goals
Requirements & Eligibility
- Trade qualification as a Welder, Boilermaker, Fabricator or equivalent
- Proven workshop experience in fabrication and welding, with proficiency across MIG, TIG and Stick welding processes
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communicator with a positive, reliable work ethic
