This post is for an Aged Care Registered Nurse, based in Sydney, NSW. A healthcare recruitment agency is filling permanent, full-time posts with established aged care organisations in New South Wales and Victoria.
Working hours are 38 per week. The work covers resident nursing care, shift delegation and solving problems under pressure, with a path into leadership. Two profiles are suitable: an RN ready for leadership, or a new graduate with 1 year of aged care experience in Australia.
The employer will provide 482 visa sponsorship if required, and applicants must be onshore with full working rights.

Requirements & Eligibility
- AHPRA registration, Registered Nurse division
- Must be in Australia at the moment with full work rights (PR, citizen, partner visa, 482 visa or 485 graduate visa)
- Registered Nurse experience in Australia, ideally a minimum of 1 year
- Excellent written communication
- Excellent verbal communication
- Strong problem solving under pressure
- Delegation of tasks matched to every shift skill mix
