This is a full-time Registered Nurse position in Darwin, NT, with a growing provider of aged care and community care services. The nurse will care for residents in a community aged care service.
The work covers three areas. First, clinical assessment and care planning for each resident. Second, daily nursing tasks such as wound care, medicines and documentation. Third, teamwork with a multidisciplinary group, supported by mentoring from senior clinicians.
On eligibility, applicants must be in Australia now and hold Australian work rights. Employer sponsorship is available for eligible candidates in that group.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents clinically and prepare individual care plans
- Administer medication, provide wound care and complete clinical documentation
- Monitor residents' health and respond to changes in their care needs
- Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of each resident
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for safe, quality care, and advocate for residents and good clinical outcomes
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and relevant nursing qualifications
- Previous experience in a community aged care role
- Strong clinical assessment skills and care planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Australian working rights (right to work in Australia)
