A well-known bakery in Western Australia's South West is hiring a Baker. Here is what the role involves, point by point.

Key Responsibilities
- Mix white doughs and shape sourdough
- Bake sourdough in a three level bread oven
- Roll puff pastry and carry out stock control
- Apply knowledge of fermentation when working with sourdough and croissant dough
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated passion for producing quality cabinet goods
- A track record of working in a team
- Experience in preparation and service
- Kitchen management experience
- Previous work in high-volume bakery settings
- Formal trade qualifications in commercial cooking or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- HACCP experience desirable, with a high emphasis on food hygiene
- Hands-on use of a commercial bread oven
- A positive attitude, energetic work ethic and adaptability
- Able to work very early
