A Childcare Centre Manager is required to lead a 76 place centre in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia, and visa sponsorship is available for the position.
The work falls into three areas. The first is leading and mentoring the educators. The second is compliance with national quality law and child-safe practice. The third is family relationships, enrolments and occupancy.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the educators, giving mentoring and support to deliver strong programs.
- Maintain compliance with the NQF, the National Law & Regulations and service policies.
- Run continuous improvement and keep standards high against the National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Establish trusted relationships with families and the community.
- Control occupancy and enrolments, protecting service sustainability.
- Provide a safe, inclusive, child-focused learning environment and implement the Child Safe Standards, keeping child safety as the priority.
- Be accountable for centre performance overall: occupancy, team outcomes, regulatory compliance.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven leadership experience in early childhood education, plus a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams with warmth, clarity and professionalism; excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and education.
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education; an ACECQA approved equivalent is also suitable.
- Current Working With Children Check, current First Aid, relevant clearances and current Child Safety and Child Protection Training.
