Requirements & Eligibility
- Current nursing registration (AHPRA) and current practising certificate
- Aged care experience in a past job
- Strong clinical nursing skills; good clinical knowledge
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) and of aged care accreditation standards
- Excellent skills in communication and interpersonal relations
- Strong leadership and team-working
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong commitment to resident-centred care, dignity and privacy
- High level of integrity, honesty and professionalism
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a team; commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement
