This Community Registered Nurse position is in Darwin, NT. The hiring organisation is a boutique aged and community care provider delivering tailored health services across regional Australia.
The work follows a clear sequence. First, assess each client's needs. Second, prepare a care plan. Third, deliver the care: wound management, medication administration and charting, and personal care support. Throughout, document the work and advocate for the client as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Onshore sponsorship and a pathway to Permanent Residency can be offered for the right candidates, therefore it applies to applicants currently living in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
- First, assess clients' social, emotional, physical and environmental needs
- Next, prepare clinically appropriate care plans
- Then carry out wound management and administer and chart medication
- Finally, support residents with personal care, document all care and advocate for clients with a premium level of care and support
Requirements & Eligibility
- Relevant degree qualification and Current General Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Current National Criminal History Check
