This full-time Field Service Engineer Technician role is based in Auckland with a growing technology company. The company supports the manufacturing, food and beverage, packaging and automation sectors.
The work is organised around an installed base of mainly coding, marking, laser and labelling technologies. First, you install systems in sole charge and integrate their software. Next, you repair faults, train customers and staff, and give help desk support. The territory is New Zealand plus Pacific Island territories, including Fiji, Samoa and Tahiti, so regular travel is required.
On the visa side, the employer is an Accredited Employer with Immigration New Zealand and is able to sponsor workers on the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV). The condition for this job is clear: applicants must be already in New Zealand with immigration credentials to live and work there.
