This is a part-time Registered Nurse position in residential aged care, near Albury, New South Wales. The employer is a not-for-profit organisation that also runs home care and retirement villages.
Step one of the job is person-centred clinical care for senior residents. Step two is dementia care, since some residents live with dementia. Step three is clinical problem-solving whenever a resident's care needs attention. Shifts are spread across different days.
The nursing team is supported by experienced leaders and a corporate support team. Visa sponsorship will be considered for this position.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Post-graduate applications are welcome
- Affinity and experience with residents with dementia, or willingness to gain experience
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills, as an excellent, highly motivated team player
- Availability for various shifts across various days
- Vaccinated in line with the organisation's immunisation policy, including a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza
- Willingness to undertake a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical assessment
