Position type comes first here, because it is casual. A not-for-profit care organisation requires a Registered Nurse who can be called in for shifts at an aged care home. The home is located in a country town north of Albury, New South Wales.
Next comes the work. Residents are seniors, and a number of them have dementia. The nurse gives clinical care suited to the individual and handles clinical problems with a clear head. Management is experienced and involved.

- Registered Nurse status with AHPRA registration that is full and unrestricted

- Communication of an excellent standard
- Clinical problem-solving skills of an excellent standard
- A team player who is excellent and highly motivated
- The applicant is available on various days and for various shifts
- Vaccinated as set by the organisation's immunisation policy, which includes a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza
- The applicant shows willingness to undertake a National Criminal History Check
- A pre-employment medical assessment is completed
