This permanent, full-time position is for a Registered Nurse in Darwin, Northern Territory. The employer is a community care provider that supports older clients through in-home aged care and also works with NDIS participants.
The work is organised around home visits. You assess each client, plan their care, help with medicines and keep records, and you adjust your approach to each person's needs and goals. The aim is simple: protect each client's health, wellbeing and independence.
Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate. The provider also requires applicants to be willing to move to the Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical nursing care to aged care clients in their homes
- Provide clinical nursing support to NDIS participants
- Complete clinical assessments, then prepare and review care plans
- Support medication management
- Monitor every change in a client's health
- Record clinical documentation accurately
- Coordinate with clients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to protect client choice, dignity and independence
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant experience in one of community nursing, aged care or disability services
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence when working independently in a community setting
- A compassionate approach with commitment to safe, person-centred care
- Willingness to move to the Northern Territory
