Role and place first. A newly opened restaurant in Melbourne's CBD is recruiting a Restaurant Manager as it expands its management team after a successful opening. An Assistant Restaurant Manager is being recruited in parallel.
Next, the venue. It is located in a historic laneway, in one of the city's most significant heritage dining rooms. There are three areas to lead, namely the dining room, the bar and a private room. The food is generous and produce-led, cooked over charcoal, and the hospitality is thoughtful and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities
- As a member of the management team, help shape the culture, standards and rhythm of the new restaurant
