This is an ongoing opening for Intermediate and Advanced Scaffolders near Bunbury, WA. The employer is a growing Western Australian business that is majority Aboriginal-owned and provides maintenance, shutdown and specialised project services to the resources and minerals sector.
First, the work pattern. You choose between a full-time rostered position, on a 4:2, 4:4, 5:2 or sportsman roster, and ongoing casual work. Second, location. You need to live locally or be willing to move to the area. Third, screening. A pre-employment medical is required, and drug and alcohol screening continues during employment. Sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.
The sites are industrial and fast-paced, and safety procedures apply to every task.

Key Responsibilities
- Erect scaffolding for maintenance, shutdown and project work

Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 3 years of scaffolding experience in fast-paced environments
- Working at Heights ticket, current (within 2 years)
- Confined Spaces ticket, current (within 2 years)
- High Risk Work Licence in class SI or SA
- Pass a pre-employment medical
- Pass drug and alcohol screening
- Live locally, or be willing to move to the area
