A funds management platform in Sydney is recruiting a Senior Finance Manager. The position is newly created and sits in a boutique, high-growth business that has achieved consistent multiples in growth each year.
The work is organised around three areas. First, financial control and day-to-day fund operations. Second, oversight of outsourced fund administration, property accounting and tax providers. Third, leading NAV calculations, cashflow forecasting and financing arrangements, while assisting compliance and liaising with auditors, bankers and investment partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain financial control of the funds.
- Run fund operations on a daily basis.
- Supervise outsourced fund administration, property accounting and tax advisers.
- Review work completed by those outsourced providers.
- Lead financial reporting: NAV calculations, cashflow forecasting and financing arrangements.
- Assist with compliance and liaise with internal finance and compliance teams, investment partners as needed, and external Accountants & Auditors and Bankers.
Requirements & Eligibility
- CA/CPA qualified
- Relevant client experience in the funds or property sector as FM or Senior FM
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong work ethic
- Demonstrates initiative and a proactive, positive approach to work
