A Perth disability support and nursing care provider is filling a permanent, full-time Service Manager position. The role suits an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse with management experience.
The work breaks down into four parts. First, coordinating care and person-centred support plans for clients with disability. Second, directing, mentoring and training support workers. Third, running the service to NDIS regulations and government standards, including client funds. Fourth, keeping thorough records and working closely with families and health professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate care for clients with disability and put person-centred support plans in place
- Direct, mentor and train support workers to high standards of care and compliance
- Keep the team resourced for complex client needs
- Run service delivery to NDIS regulations and government standards

- Keep thorough documentation and assessments for every client
- Work with clients, families and health professionals to develop and maintain plans and strong relationships
Requirements & Eligibility
- Registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Proven experience in disability care (ideally in the NDIS framework) and/or aged care
- Strong leadership skills and people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; clear communication with people from diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to high standards of clinical care and compliance
- Understanding of the NDIS; experience with clients who have complex needs
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate less than 3 years old; valid driver's licence
