Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular site visits so clients see a consistent presence
- Process and fill high-volume job orders efficiently
- Create employee rosters and manage them to client requirements
- Provide strong customer service through account management and proactive liaison
- Manage on-boarding, performance management and terminations
- Resolve payroll and work health and safety (WHS) issues for employees
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and casual employees and support a positive, collaborative workplace

Requirements & Eligibility
- Sales or customer relationship management experience - highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Computer literate with proficiency in relevant systems
- Ability to thrive in a small, highly efficient team, plus a valid driver's licence and reliable transport
