Key Responsibilities
- Personal care: holistic, effective and culturally safe help with showering, dressing, eating, mobility and communication
- Care planning and therapy: contribute to care plans and follow therapy plans for people living with dementia
- Reporting and support: observe and report progress, raise changes in condition or care concerns promptly, keep accurate and current records, and assist registered nurses within their scope of practice
