Position summary first. A part-time Registered Nurse is needed at a 28-bed aged care home in Orange, NSW. The employer is a values-driven non-profit care organisation that serves communities throughout New South Wales.
The work has three parts. First, clinical care that puts each resident at the centre. Second, support for residents living with dementia. Third, teamwork with the care staff across various shifts and days. An experienced leadership and corporate team supports this work.
The employer will consider sponsoring a visa for the right candidate. Applications from post-graduate nurses are also welcome.

Requirements & Eligibility
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse that is full and unrestricted
- Clear knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Post-graduate applications are open
- Affinity for and experience with residents who have dementia (or willingness to gain this experience)
- Excellent communication; excellent clinical problem-solving
- Excellent team player, highly motivated
- Available to work various shifts on various days
- Required COVID-19 doses and annual influenza vaccine, as set by the employer's immunisation policy, and a pre-employment medical assessment
