Hospitality · Bunbury, WA, Australia · Full-Time · $75,000 - $85,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored

A well-known coastal hotel in Western Australia, with Bunbury as the nearest main city, is recruiting a Duty Manager. The role is to manage the daily operation of its busy, high-performing restaurant.

The work falls into three parts. First, people: you lead the front-of-house team on shift and manage training, rosters and performance. Second, service: you work with the kitchen and keep guest experience at a high standard. Third, control: you handle stock, waste, cash, cost of goods and payroll, and keep the venue compliant with health, safety, food handling and RSA rules.

Employment is full-time and permanent. You must be available for evenings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays. Sponsorship is considered for the right candidate.

Organise your English CV in the same order as the duties, and list each certificate with its full name. Set out your CV properly with Build AI CV before you submit.
