Next, the work. The person in this role helps write menus, leads the kitchen team to KPIs, supports hiring, controls food quality and plans and runs the functions and events. Key Responsibilities
- Help create inspiring menus for the bistro and for event packages
- Lead and manage the kitchen team while meeting KPIs
- Assist with hiring new talent, building the current team and keeping the workplace positive
- Manage food quality, portion control and presentation, and oversee bistro service
- Plan and carry out all regular functions and events
