A golf club in north-east Victoria is hiring a Chef. The details are straightforward. The role is Full-Time, pays $75,000 - $80,000 per year and starts immediately. You report to the Head Chef and support the sous chef and kitchenhands as the club's trade grows.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items and check quality at each stage up to presentation
- Supervise cooks, train new or less experienced staff and delegate tasks, assisting where needed
- Comply with all hygiene regulations
- Control food stock and handle ordering
Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience and qualifications in commercial cookery, at Cert 3 or higher
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen
- Flexible availability, including both weekdays and weekends in a 7-day operation
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work without supervision and with a team
- Knowledge of OH&S and food hygiene requirements
- Valid work rights in Australia
