This Head Chef vacancy is in Perth, Australia, at a busy café by the river. The employer needs a Senior Chef or Kitchen Lead who will be fully responsible for the kitchen.
First, the hours. Breakfast and lunch are the only services, so all shifts are in the daytime. Weekend work is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct the kitchen team in service
